Among the majestic trees of the Annigoni Park, a precious and welcoming resource for those who live or stay at Castagno , Valeria will guide you through a yogic practice. Hatha/Yin yoga or Yoga nidra classes at sunset will be an enriching and inclusive experience throughout the summer.
Comfortable clothes, sweatshirt, towel/carpet are recommended. After the class, for those who wish, it will be possible to continue the evening at the Circolo ARCI “8 dicembre Arnaldo Amadei” APS for services and events.
