Compagnia Di’ Marronbugio, San Godenzo’s first community cooperative, will be the perfect host for this cooking class which revolves around authentic flavours and traditional recipes. You’ll learn to make Tortelli alla Marronbugio, a type of fresh pasta made with Mugello Chestnut Flour (PGI) with a filling of dried or fresh chestnut. How can it get any better? You’ll get to taste the exquisite dish you’ve just prepared in a convivial atmosphere.
